Before applying makeup, slip on any clothing that will require stretching over the head. Lay out all materials on a flat, well-lit surface. Use a mirror when applying makeup. Use disposable tissues, swabs and paper towels for clean up. Using "Water Activated" Makeup:: Add 2-3 drops of water to each color you will be using. Add more water, one drop at a time if needed. Mixing Colors: In a separate mixing area, add a darker color to a lighter color a little bit at a time until desired color is achieved.
